a spin-off startup company from Satrec Initiative (SI), offering customers high performance, cost-effective products and technological solutions. Focusing sincerely on the customers’ needs with innovative technologies, SI DETECTION has delivered optimized high quality solutions to over 20 customers worldwide.
SI DETECTION was founded in 2015 to commercialize the space radiation technology, and have installed over 500 environmental radiation detectors in Korea and abroad.
SI DETECTION’s unique products have been part of Integrated Environmental Radiation Network (IERNet) operated nationally by Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety (KINS), and have been applied to the nationwide environmental radiation monitoring system in many South Eastern Asian countries.
Through continuous technology innovation, productivity improvement and cost reduction, SI DETECTION provides various professional services ranges from hi-rel EEE parts engineering and space modules to the radiation detectors for early warning, emergency preparedness and nuclear health physics.
